I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Rich. We decided to move to the Denver area from out of state with very little knowledge of the area. We had been shopping online in various neighborhoods for months before reaching out to Rich. From the first phone call he was patient, respectful and courteous. Rich set up a few automated searches for us through the Compass app and suggested we schedule a trip to see some homes and neighborhoods in person. With two toddlers in tow, we visited a couple houses with Rich on a Friday morning.
