We trusted Rich's knowledge of our family's needs and he helped us to write an attractive offer. The next day we were under contract and closed 3 weeks later. From start to finish Rich helped guide us through the local real estate market and introduced us to several vendors to assist with lending, insurance, and home renovation. He stayed focused on the process from start to finish, never pressured us to make a decision, and made my family's best interests his main priority.
